The Line-to-DC Converter (LDC4) accessory provides power when you need to monitor with PowerSight and a power outlet for the charger is not conveniently available. For those times that you need to get power to operate your meter (all except the PS3000) and an outlet is not conveniently available, we provide Line-to-DC Converter (LDC4) accessory. The LDC4 connects directly to line voltages up to 600 Vrms via fused safety clips. Its output is a cable with a plug output that supplies unregulated 12VDC up to 500 ma. The two inputs of the LDC4 can be freely connected to any two phases or neutral, from 100–600 Vrms, from 50–60 Hz without affecting the output, providing foolproof operation and maximum flexibility. Safety is promoted by fused input leads, insulated grabber jaws, and remote jaw actuators that keep fingers 3 inches away from the hot voltage while attaching the LDC4.
