Does a good job
I bought this to build into a test setup to show ground leakage on power supplies. It works well, and is built into the nice rugged Simpson 260 case.

Great meter !
Quality meter performs all tests well. Use it for checking voltage leakage on major appliances for final safety check. Including a case would have been a nice bonus. The cases available are too expensive.
