This is the first time I have purchased from TEquipment. I have to say the entire process went very smoothly. I asked for quotes on three separate items and had the quotes in hand the same day. I settled on the Fluke 179/EDA2 kit as it was the best price and value I could find online. The website is very easy to navigate and ordering was a breeze. As far as the product itself, I'm very pleased with the case that comes with the meter as well as the test leads included in the kit. The magnetic strap setup is a great addition too. I ran an initial check on all the meter settings and all checked out fine. I like the backlit display, it has good contrast. I will say that when viewing from an angle the display can be hard to read. Overall a great product and great ordering experience. I would definitely order from TEquipment again. This is by far one of Flukes premier kits. A great meter with every function you would desire in a compact meter.Excellent cables and probes to meet every demanding use. Strong magnetic meter securing device, temperature probe and everything fits in the included case. I would prefer the case to have additional space for test clip leads and possible a note pad to log data.

This is probably one of the best inexpensive professional DMM you can find. Designed very well. Fluke quality is excellent. LCD is just the right size with perfect backlight. Lifetime warranty. EDA2 kit includes $145 worth of accessories for just $20 extra. Orange plastic molding is a bit smelly but hopefully it will degas soon.

I had to give the meter a 5.0 even though the high voltage probes are really fragile. They were the first to go. The rest is still working a year later. When I need a precision measurement I turn to this meter. I don't use all of the functions but could use them more if I remembered they exist! Usual Fluke quality. Received meter in timely fashion and in great condition. The leads in the probe seem good quality. Case is polyester and for me should be ok, but I suspect would not hold up the best for the professional. The magnetic strap/hanger is a nice feature. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the case quality.
