The Extech Oyster-16: Oyster™ Series pH/mV/Temperature Meter Kit includes everything you need. You’ll find an Oyster-10 meter, mini pH electrode, RTD temperature probe and calibration buffers, all packed inside of a safe and portable carry case. The case is in a briefcase-style and allows you to travel with your equipment and work on the field.
Furthermore, the Oyster design of the equipment and the case means that it’s really easy to work on the field without the worry that your Oyster kit cannot handle it. The Oyster Extech meter features a ‘flip up’ cover to protect the screen and controls. It’s also splash-proof, with tactile touch buttons. This means that the device can function in bad weather conditions without malfunctioning.
The rugged design means the equipment is perfect for handheld or benchtop use – and with the free neck strap, you can use the device hands-free, too.
With this equipment you’ll be able to measure pH, mV and temperature. The device has a memory function that is able to store and recall up to 25 labelled readings. Furthermore, there is a minimum and maximum storage and recall function, switchable between degrees Celsius and degrees Fahrenheit. There is an audible beeper that alerts users to a completed function, and automatic or manual temperature compensation functions.
