Lousy customer service

I purchased the ex655 extech clampmeter after looking closely at the features and reading the online operation manual. It clearly states that it comes with a holster with probe holder and a magnetic strap. I received neither and after several emails to Extech customer support I still have no reply. I do not care to do business with a company that apparently has no service after selling one of their products. For the meter itself I have used it very little but find the NCV to work pretty well but am somewhat disappointed in the continuity buzzer response time. My $30 Klein multimeter responds much quicker.
