This line splitter is by far the most versatile and most useful that I have seen. I appreciate that it is corded, so that even if the receptacle under test is inaccessible, it is easier to read the meter. It has x1 and x10 clamp points, and voltage measurement ports.
This is going to have a permanent place in my electrical test equipment kit.

This works much better than stripping conductors out of an extension cord. I wish there was one for a 4 wire 3 pole grounding conductor scheme as well (to chase grounding and conductor leakage on RV trailers, for instance).

Full-sized unit, not something for a small bag. However--so easy to use and better than what you are going to get from the domestic manufacturers for the bucks. Ideal for repair and industry, and keep one around the lab when the electricians are unavailable.

Simple, but functional and well-built

This is a well-insulated frame that splits the line and neutral circuits so that a clamp-on ammeter can be used to measure current. One section loops the line 10x for a more sensitive current measurement. Handy insulated jacks allow measurement of line voltage. Neutral and ground currents are also isolated for measurement. Simple but clever, solidly built, a good value.

This is a great line splitter. Its got a test plug for each line great for doing voltage drop measurements. Its very well made and it does come with the wright receptical plugs for the US. I regret not ordering two since the shipping to Canada was so expensive,
