Great Meter at a Good Price

I shopped a while for a meter that would read AC & DC amps, while filling the other needs to trouble shoot electrical problems. This was the unit that seemed to fulfill all these requirements. I am happy with the meter's performance so far and would recommend this meter. TEquipment is a great place to purchase and I could not find a better deal anywhere.

Good product at a decent price

I just got this product in my hands. I am happy about it and might do a review of it's capabilities later on. But for now all I wan't to say is that I am impressed with the fast shipping time of only about 10 days and quite unhappy about the fact that the device was turned on in the Amp position when I received it. The batteries were almost completely dead. And the fact that there is a plastic sticker on the display may have caused the tester on the factory to not pay attention to whether the device was in fact turned off.

A good clamp on meter

This meter does every thing you need it to, 600v,800a and up to 6k ohm, capacitance, and has a max hold. The back light is weak and sometimes difficult to read, the buttons are small and the rotary switch on the Fluke is much better, but for the price you can't beat it. It's a rugged, tough meter like you would expect from Amprobe. I have bought two for work and have been using them for 2-3months now.
