Tronex products are divided into four categories: cutters, pliers, tweezers, and wire strippers. Each product can be viewed individually under ‘TOOLS’ in an array, based on its applications. Tronex designs products that are both standard and ergonomic, with a cutting-edge finish.

CUTTERS:

Tronex cutters are meant for areas of thin wires that require a full flush finish. Applications include stents, catheters, and braided mesh. Available in classes W & T, “W” hard wire cutters are of tungsten alloy construction, where as “T” hard wires are of carbon steel body with tungsten carbide cutting edges.

Tronex cutters are best known for their cutting-edge finishes. Found in 3 variants,

  • Semi-flush, it possesses a small bevel edge specially meant for thicker wires in industrial applications. It is considered the most durable, cost-effective, and resistant to dulling.
  • Flush cutting edges feature a very thin bevel meant for electronics manufacturing applications best known for longevity, precision, and cost.
  • Razor Flush feature no bevel cuts to precisely leave no pinch to suit small and fine components. Highly recommended for precise cutting.

Tronex precision pliers are made of safe cushion grips with stainless steel leaf springs with standard and ergonomic handles that are polished and free of burrs. specially designed inner jaw and induction-hardened tips.

  • Chain Nose Pliers: It is considered as an alternative to tweezers in holding, blending or manipulating wire, components or leads.
