Rigol DS1102E is a 2 channel, 100 MHz digital oscilloscope that comes with 1 Mpnt of memory and up to 1 GS/s sampling rates. It provides 20 types of wave parameters for automatically measuring, which contains 10 Voltage and 10 Time parameters.
