Battery Impedance Testers read and record Voltage, Internal Resistance, Capacitance, and Temperature of all types of batteries. Measuring of a battery cells internal resistance value and comparison to a reference value of the cell when it was new has become the newest diagnostic trend in detecting a problem with a battery cell long before it fails.
