Overview
The Fluke Ti400 offers a 320 x 240 resolution. It has a minimum focus distance of 6in. It can blend the thermal and visual image with its IR-Fusion technology. The Ti400 has LaserSharp Auto Focus. The auto focus is based on its internal laser distance meter and has a red laser pointer, so you know exactly where you are aiming. The Fluke Ti400 has a 3.5” touchscreen, making it easy to use in the field. There are several lenses available for the Ti400, for either wide-angle or telephoto applications. Lenses can be swapped on the job and used with any compatible cameras. If you have other Fluke instruments that use the Fluke Connect system, you can add any other measurements to your thermal image report.
The FLIR E75 offers a 320 x 240 resolution. If that is not sharp enough, with the free FLIR Tools software the images you collected can be viewed in UltraMax mode, which will give you the ability to double the resolution. With FLIR’s MSX technology, they fuse the visual and thermal images (both are also saved separately) to give a view of your object that is extremely sharp. The minimum focus distance is 6in. The 4in screen on the FLIR E75 is pixel-less and has a Dragontrail™ Glass protective cover. The touchscreen is responsive and the menu systems have been designed to be extremely fast to access important features. The newest FLIR Exx-Cameras have autocalibrating lenses. This way you can buy them now or later, add them or swap them, and you don’t need to send the camera back to be calibrated first. The FLIR E75 also has a built-in laser distance meter, so you can take distance measurements as well use it to auto focus your images. FLIR E75 has full WiFi and apps for both Android and iOS devices.
