The Weller WX2021 soldering station includes the WXMP handle and the WXMT tweezer. There is a myriad of available tips for the WXMP. I use a very fine tip for reworking 0402 components (and on occasion 0201s). The WXMT is great for removing inactive components and diodes, etc. We have a number of these units. They are our iron of choice.

Bought this system along with the hot air station to do PCB rework. Tweezers were a bit too big for the small SMD work on macbook/pc boards, but work fine for other boards. Soldering iron is the best I've ever used and love the "sleep" function to protect the tips as I'm always getting distracted in the shop and forgetting to turn them off. Going to get a few other tips for this one and I should be set for life.
