Mobile fume extraction unit purifies air at up to two workstations

The Weller WFE2X is a volume fume extraction system ideally suited to a continuous industrial operation environment. (it is not suitable for use as a tip extraction system.) A powerful, maintenance free turbine combined with a digital electronic speed control system ensures ease of use and low maintenance costs. The digital electronic speed control system provides air movement which is continuously variable from 30 m3/h to 230 m3/h. Two DN 60 intake flanges are fitted to the top of the unit for connection to pipe work systems. The WFE 2X is fitted with a two stage filter system, a sub micron filter (H13) and wide band gas filter, specifically designed to deal with solder fumes. In its delivered state this filter system ensures a degree of separation of 99.95 % i.a.w to EN 1822 for a particle size of 0.12 µm. The differential pressure inside the unit is measured constantly and a red LED display is illuminated when the unit senses that a filter change is required. Under normal running conditions a green light is displayed. The system can be controlled manually at the unit or remote interface.

The unit must not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 50°C, open flames or condensated solvents.

Switch off the filter unit when changing filter.
