The Triplett TMP15 is a stem thermometer with an alarm for measuring the temperature of air, liquids, and semi-solids. It has a 2.5-inch food-grade stainless steel probe with a .08 diameter tip. The green LED alarm light indicates when the temperature is lower than 32 degrees Fahrenheit, and the red LED alarm light indicates when the temperature exceeds 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The TMP15 meets HACCP standards.
