Heratherm Advanced Protocol Oven with View Package Door, Mechanical Convection
Heratherm Advanced Protocol Ovens
Carry out multiple applications with Thermo Scientific Heratherm Advanced Protocol Ovens, which include a sophisticated timer, precise temperature uniformity and low energy-consumption. Featuring either mechanical or gravity convection technology with excellent temperature values. This flexible tool for the lab may be used for multiple applications.
The Heratherm Advanced Protocol Ovens are available with factory installed options:
- VP Models: View Package includes 1 window and 1 light
- S Models: Security features include standard over-temperature alarm and additional under-temperature alarm ensure sample stability, door lock prevents disruption or tampering of samples, while a door alarm notifies the operator when the door is left open accidentally
Maximum Efficiency
- Sophisticated timer extends the automation options available to the user
- Automate the oven to turn on or off at pre-set times
- Choose between a recurring weekly timer or run timer based on the 24 hour clock
Ultimate Performance
- Capable of operating at temperatures up to 330 °C (250°C with View Package)
- Our highest level of temperature uniformity
- Exceptionally low energy consumption – 60 liter models just need 170 W (gravity convection) and 259 W (mechanical convection) per hour to maintain 150 °C
Optional stainless steel exterior is available:
- Robust and corrosion-resistant surface
- Easy to clean
- Meets demanding needs in pharmaceutical and clinical laboratories
Unmatched Sophistication
- Adjustable fan speed for application related airflow
- High speed for fastest drying/heating, quick recovery as well as best temperature stability/uniformity
- Reduced speed for applications that require minimal airflow, like drying of powders
- Programmable controller for temperature ramps and dwells
- Store up to 10 programs with 10 discrete steps
- Features electronically controlled fan speed and damper position
- Access port allows the introduction of sensors for independent data monitoring
- A simple calibration routine ensures temperature accuracy over time
- Boost function enables rapid heating up – no need to run the oven 24/7
