This model features gravity convection technology with excellent temperature values and a standard over-temperature alarm and an additional under-temperature alarm to ensure sample stability. A door lock prevents disruption or tampering of samples, while a door alarm notifies the operator when the door is left open accidentally. Models are equipped an easy to clean, stainless-steel interior and are available with either a coated steel or stainless-steel exterior. The VP model offers the addition of a viewport to the oven door for sample observation.
