The testo 826 is an infrared thermometer specifically designed for food service applications. The 826 is available in four models to meet all your food temperature measurement needs. Non-contact surface temperatures from -58° to 752°F are measured with the infrared side of the instrument in less than 2 seconds. The optional probe on the penetration side of the instrument provides the exact core temperature in a minimal amount of time.
The testo 826-T1 is the most basic model offering non-contact infrared temperature measurement without damaging packaging. The testo 826-T1 is small and practical. It features an upper and lower alarm limit monitoring with optical alarm. The meter is waterproof (IP 67) with the dishwasher-safe (TopSafe) protective case.
