My o2 sensor died on my boiler analyzer which I use every day, I read reviews about bad shipping issues here but they had the best price. I called them and explained the importance of me getting this part fast...they were out of stock but located it for me and the next day air was reasonable, so it arrived 2 days after I ordered it and I was good to go. Good customer service on the part of the rep that took care of my order.

long wait, NO DELIVERY

Never received item after ordering it and having to wait MONTHS for NOTHING! Still need item but will not order from this company.

Tequipment Response. The customer was right. We did have a large back order delay on this sensor. It's was not in stock and testo had a large delay as they did not have it in stock as well in the USA. This is usually not the case for Testo Items as they are usually in stock at our warehouse.
