Great Service incompatible part

TEquipment shipped the order in a timely manner. Unfortunately part recommended on the website was not compatible for our replacement item. The part was for a newer type of h/w )H30 ) and not the late model (H30). The issue was with Televes's documentation. TEquipment were excellent in their customer service. TEquipment get 5 stars and the manufacturer gets Zero star. Check for compatibility and you are in good hands.

Items were delivered in timely fashion, packaged well. The only issue was all the emails regarding whether I was still interested in the items and with my quote, even though I ordered the item right away. The need to have some sort of feedback in the system if I order items to not continue to inquire if I am still interested in the item that has already shipped to me. Otherwise, great fast service.
