It includes the following:

• Starter bundle and extension of record length to 250M/ch
• Advanced jitter analysis, automotive Ethernet PAM3 analysis*, automotive Ethernet signal separation*, automotive Ethernet compliance*, MIPI D-PHY 1.2 compliance*, inverter and motor drive analysis with DQ0 and mechanical measurements, decoding for 100BASE-T1, CAN, CAN FD, CXPI, FlexRay, I3C, LIN, PS15 and SENT
• Items marked with * in the list above require an optional SSD with Windows OS (sold separately - please see accessories section of this page)

Tektronix offers a variety of software bundles for the 6 Series and 6 Series B. These are available as either permanent purchases, or one year subscriptions.

Tektronix offers a starter package with basic serial trigger and decoding, as well as an arbitrary/function generator. There are also multiple bundles which are application specific:
