It's a type 15AGWM ESD epoxy coated medical device cutting tweezers that are suitable for applications that require cutting surgical alloys in medical environments. The strong blades are designed to apply moderate cutting force. The carbon steel provides hard and stiff tips to perform hard alloy cuts. The blades are hardened to 61 HRC hardness.
