Hi-Visibility Heel Grounders make it easier to identify personnel wearing ESD compliant grounding devices. Heel grounders provide a path to the ground for operators that must be mobile. It is constructed from durable 1.5"-wide rubber in a reversible cup design for an extended life. The yellow hook-and-loop closure allows for a secure, comfortable fit. A 24" ribbon connects to the conductive rubber to complete the circuit between the operator and the anti-static floor or mat. A buried 1 megohm resistor is standard for safety.
