Our company bought all of our tecs this product. I used mine 3 times then got an error code. We had 3 other people with simular problems. Contacted customer service and they were terrible all they said was send it back. Stay away from this product.

I love the product and the way that it connects and the interface with my iphone. The fact that the batteries are rechargeable from USB is great but I was extremely dissapointed to find that it was calibrated 5/12/2018 and is due for recalibration 5/12/2019. this means that I get less than 3 months calibrated use from a brand new item. i should have the ability to change the calibration dates otherwise, I love it.
