Starrett W756.1 Wireless Electronic Disc Micrometer
The Starrett W756.1 Series Wireless Electronic Disc-Type Micrometer with Rotating Spindle with Output is a full-featured precision measuring tool built with customary Starrett quality and workmanship. These tools are used to measure the thickness of work sections such as ribs, lands, fins, cutting edges on form tools, and chordal thickness of gear teeth. Because of their large anvil and spindle faces, the 1in and 25mm sizes are also useful for measuring the thickness of sheet materials like paper, cardboard, rubber, and plastics. Its no-glare satin chrome finish minimizes annoying surface glare under bright lights indoors or filters out UV light.
Free Mobile Application
To use the wireless feature, download the free Datasure Mobile application from App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android devices). The wireless Starrett tool will communicate to a mobile device from a distance of up to 30 feet. Send the data with the click of a button or the Starrett wireless gage. It is automatically collected on the device and can be emailed, air-dropped or text. The Datasure app also provides lots of features and functions such as digital read out (DRO), formulas, unit conversions (SAE/mm), ability to name tools (connect 5 to 8 tools depending your on device capability), name parts being measured, set min/max levels, use device as a remote display, and much more.
