The Siglent SDG2000X are dual channel function/arbitrary waveform generators with 16-bit vertical resolution and sampling rates up to 1.2 GSa/s. Available in 40, 80 and 120MHz, the SDG2000X feature proprietary TrueArb and EasyPulse technologies and were designed to solve the weaknesses inherent in traditional DDS generators. These devices provide a variety of high fidelity and low jitter signals, which can meet the growing requirements of complex and extensive applications.
When a Square/Pulse waveform is generated by DDS, there will be a one-clock-jitter if the sampling rate is not an integer-related multiple of the output frequency. SDG2000X EasyPulse technology successfully overcomes this weakness in DDS designs and helps to produce low jitter Square/Pulse waveforms.
The Pulse width can be fine-tuned to the minimum of 16.3ns with the adjustment step as small as 100ps.
The rise/fall times can be set independently to the minimum of 8.4ns at any frequency and to the maximum of 22.4s. The adjustment step is as small as 100 ps.
For arbitrary waveforms, TrueArb not only has all the advantages of traditional DDS, but also eliminates the probability that DDS may cause serious jitter and distortion.
TrueArb generates arbitrary waveforms point by point, never skips any point so that it can reconstruct all the details of the waveform as defined.
As with EasyPulse, TrueArb effectively overcomes the defect that DDS may cause the one-clock-jitter in arbitrary waveforms.
Support for AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, DSB – AM provide for a variety of analog and digital modulation mode, “internal” and “external” modulation.
High precision Frequency Counter with an input frequency range of 0.1Hz~200MHz.
Benefiting from a 1.2GSa/s and 16-bit sampling system, SDG2000X achieves extremely high accuracy performance in both time domain and amplitude, which results in more accurately reconstructed waveforms and lower distortion.
4.3” touch screen display, makes operation much more convenient.

SDG2122X
5.0
I received my SDG2122X today and promptly got it hooked up and did some looking around. First thing was it was loaded already with the latest firmware. Excellent, Next much to my surprise I found a Coax cable in the box. 2 would have been better but not going to complain. Love the size and features, compared to my HDG2002B this function generator is much better. checked all the basic waveforms and they all exceeded what the HDG2002B could do. On the internal oscilator at 10Mhz Sine wave was only out by 200mS. when plugged into a GPSDO the 10Mhz was spot on and even at 120Mhz it was off <40kHZ. Navigattion through the menu's was easy. I saw some problems fixed what Dave of EEVBLOG pointed out like the number of built-in wave forms jump massively in the latest version as well as the adjusting the frew by the know did not jump down any digits. stayed just like it should. The wave forms looked good on the scope as well.I tried the built in frequency count and much to my surprise it wasvery close to the HP53132 readings. There still more to try but initially I'm very happy with this purchase.First impression is this a good Function Generator
