The Shimpo DT-5TXR-DC Panel-mount Tachometer with 9 to 35VDC power accepts input from a variety of sensors, includes selectable input signals, and accepts up to two output modules. This panel-mount tachometer accepts input from NPN open collectors, contact sensors, square wave sensors, and sine wave sensors, and is used for measuring rotational and linear speed from 10 to 99,999rpm with accuracy to + or - 0.008 percent, as well as elapsed time and process time. Selectable input signals and display update time allow the operator to monitor, control, and analyze a wide variety of processes.

It accepts up to two output modules for recordkeeping, data analysis, and/or process control. The six-digit red LED display with selectable decimal point and two secondary six-digit displays presents clear test results.
