Scienscope offers two types of head for its "E" series microscopes. Users can select from a head with fixed eyepieces, or an ergonomic, tilting model. In the parts listings linked above, the fixed and ergonomic packages are color coded and placed next to each other as there are two versions of each. If there is a certain stand and light combination you would prefer, it would be available with either a fixed or ergonomic head.
An eyepiece inclination of 20° enables users to observe without needing to lean forward, reducing fatigue during long hours of operation.
Eyepieces can tilt and rotate to adjust for operator height. This can be rotated 180° with 3" travel, and inclination is adjustable from 0 to 45° for optimal user comfort.
