Thermal camera software
The
SKF Thermal Camera software is easy to use and requires no special skills to perform infrared image analysis and create professional reports.
It can only be used with images taken by the SKF Thermal Cameras TKTI 21 and TKTI 31. It cannot be used with images from the previous generation of SKF Thermal Cameras.
The software enables:
- Powerful and quick infrared image analysis.
- Quick creation of professional reports.
- Easily loading and selection of infrared images.
- Software installation on many users’ computers.
- Key image parameters can be easily modified.
- Creation and preview of comprehensive and professional reports in pdf and MS Word format.
- In just one click, printing, local saving and emailing of reports.
- The software can be used with images produced by the SKF Thermal Cameras TKTI 21 and TKTI 31 and runs on PC's using MS Windows XP or higher on both 32 and 64 bit machines.
Problems can be detected before they occur by using a SKF Thermal camera. This increases uptime and improves safety. By presenting a picture of the heat distribution of an asset, potential problems can be visualized which are invisible to the naked eye. The thermal image is presented on a large LCD screen enabling potential problems to be pinpointed quickly by highlighting where the temperature is either too hot or too cold.
The
TKTI 31 thermal camera offers high resolution thermal imaging capability and is suitable for numerous thermal imaging applications at long distances. It works at a wide temperature range of 20 to 600°C.
Plant and building inspectors can quickly and easily detect troublesome hot and cold spots with the user-friendly SKF Thermal Camera TKTI 31. Equipped with a high-resolution thermal detector of 380 ™ 280 pixels and a visual camera, the TKTI 31 caters to a wide range of applications. A high thermal sensitivity of just 0,06 °C allows small temperature differences to be clearly displayed.
Detect hot spots before they cause you trouble
Using an SKF Thermal camera is a proactive way to help you detect problems before they occur, increasing uptime and improving safety. They allow you to be able to visualise potential problems, invisible to the naked eye, by presenting a picture of the heat distribution of an asset. The thermal image, presented on a large LCD screen, shows you where the temperature is either too hot or too cold allowing you to pinpoint potential problems fast.
SKF Thermal Cameras allow you to:
- Detect problems before they occur
- Inspect your running equipment under full load, minimising production interference
- Safely inspect difficult to access live electrical equipment
- Inspect your plant under varying running conditions, allowing you to determine the potential causes of intermittent faults
- Reduce production losses due to unplanned downtime
- Reduce the time necessary for planned shutdowns
- Reduce your maintenance and repair costs
- Increase your equipment’s lifetime and mean time between failures (MTBF)
- Increase your plant availability and reliability
- Realise a high return on your investment when used as a part of a well-run proactive maintenance programme
Analysis and reportying software suite
- Unique SKF software designed by and for real users
- Comprehensive analysis and reporting options are simple to use
- Easily produce professional results
