Air-Driven Oil Injector Set (400 MPa, Pressure Gauge, Hoses w/Couplings)
The THAP E air-driven oil injectors are used for mounting and dismounting OK couplings, for dismounting large pressure joints such as bearings, flywheels, couplings, railway wheels, and many similar applications. The pumps consist of a high-pressure hydraulic pump, driven by an air piston. The units are supplied in a sturdy case including oil suction and return hoses with quick-connect couplings.
The air-driven pumps can also be supplied in complete sets which consist of pumps, pressure gauges, high-pressure hose, and connection nipples. They are particularly suitable for mounting and dismounting large pressure joints. This includes applications such as SKF OK Couplings, flywheels, gear wheels, railway wheels, and impellers. Compared to hand-operated oil injectors, the use of air-driven oil injectors can save considerable time and effort.
The THAP 400E is designed to have an oil outlet pressure of 400 MPa (58,000 psi).
