Rohde and Schwarz offers several frequency upgrades for its FPH spectrum analyzer series.
Please note: frequency upgrades are only compatible with certain models. For example, it is not possible to upgrade from 2 GHz to 31 GHz.
The chart below provides an overview of available options.
Rohde and Schwarz also offers the FPH-B29 which reduces the minimum frequency from 5 kHz down to 100 Hz. The FPH-B29 is not compatible with the 2 GHz FPH model (1321.1111.02) or packages containing the 2 GHz model with upgraded maximum frequency, including FPH-COM1, FPH-P4, and FPH-P5.
