Rigol T2R1000 active probe adaptor can be used to connect the TekProbe-BNC level II probe with RIGOL DS6000 series or MSO4000/DS4000 series digital oscilloscope. T2R1000 converts the TekProbe-BNC interface to RIGOL-Probe interface and supplies power, calibration and DC offset adjustment function for probe. Excellent Adapter for Active Probes

I bought the T2R1000 Active Prove Adapter for my Rigol DS4024 scope (with software upgrade to 500 MHz). I have used it with the Tektronix P6243 (1 GHz, No DC Offset) and the Tektronix P6245 (1.5 GHz, with DC offset). The scope recognizes the adapter, but you need to select the probe. If appropriate to the model, it lets you adjust the probe's DC bias. The adapter works very nicely. I get super nice sharp square wave forms on sub-nanosecond rise edges, whereas the normal 10X 500 MHz probes have a lot of oscillations that go for a while at a good fraction of the pulse height, even with a good ground. You need to get the Tektronix probe accessory kit to have all the options to make a good short length ground off of your probe tip. If I make a short ground, the active probe traces are wonderfully clean. The only issue is that this adapter has degraded mechanically after a few uses, and sometimes doesn't connect right away. It needs some wiggling and support to get a good connection, but it still works great.
