This nifty option puts the 1104Z Plus scope as the best little bargain in mixed signal analysis. Well within the range of even the tightest budgets, this little probe set unlocks the mysteries of the digital domain while still allowing you the 4 analog channels at the same time! Very hard to beat this combo for double the price!

Digital Nirvana
The RPL1116 digital logic probe allows you to capture 16 digital channels simultaneously with your analog channels on a Rigol MSO1000Z family of scopes. This is a great addition to my DS-1104Z-S Plus scope. You'll never truly understand serial digital interfaces unless you can literally see them in action. This probe takes such interfaces out of the realm of books and theory and places them firmly into the realm of visibility and reality.
