The Rigol DS1052E is a two channel digital oscilloscope. It has a bandwidth of 50 MHz.

These two products have different bandwidths. The DS1102E is 100 MHz, while the DS1052E is 50 MHz.
Generally, you should select a bandwidth that is 5 times greater than the maximum signal you will measure. For example, if the maximum signal you would measure is 100 MHz, you should purchase a scope with a 500 MHz bandwidth. An oscilloscope must be able to see more than the fastest signal you want to measure.
The DS1052E comes with two RP2200 probes. You would not need to buy these separately. It also includes a power cord, USB cable, calibration certificate and CD.
