A 10 million cycle lifespan, operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85°C and vibration resistance in accordance with IEC 60068-2-6 allows long-term and dependable performance in applications such as braking and load systems in fork lift trucks, hydraulic gearbox control in earth moving machinery and speed control and weighing systems in paper mills.
A built-in voltage regulator allows the sensors to be operated with a supply voltage of either 12-36Vdc or 9-36 Vdc. Parts offer a choice of 0 - 5 Vdc, 1 - 6Vdc outputsand 4 - 20 mA outputs. A choice of two plug connector formats – Micro DIN plug or M12 – are provided to match customer requirements.
Pressure ranges offered are 25, 60, 250, 400 & 600 bar with maximum overload and burst pressures specified for each part. All products in the ASIC Performer range have excellent linearity, hysteresis, stability and repeatability specifications to ensure the accuracy of measurement data. Further parameters important to the dependable use of the sensors in target applications are a response time of sub 1 mS and an output signal-to-noise ratio of 0.1% FS.

The Parker Filtration ASIC Performer Pressure Transducers and Transmitters.
The ASIC Performer offers a wide range of pressure sensors for mobile or industrial applications.
These sensors have been designed for the requirements of industrial instrumentation systems. Accordingly, the housings and all components in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel. Thus giving compatibility with a wide range of media. There is a choice of two plug connectors of either DIN or M12. There are six measuring ranges available and a choice of outputs in the form of either voltage or current signals. Sensors with output signals from 4...20 mA are available in two wire technology.
The built-in voltage regulator allows the sensors to be operated with a supply voltage of 12-36/9-36 Vdc. All sensors are manufactured in our own production facility, typical of Parker Hannifin’s continued commitment to flexibility and quality.
