Great for large components

This tip - from the ultra line - works great for soldering 12ga silicone wire to power connectors. Even at 350 degrees it heats the connection quickly and the joint is complete before heat transfers to the plastic connectors. This tip in the ADS200 easily replaced my 150W solid state solder gun I had dedicated to large connections.
