Whiteness Meter, 0-120
The PCE-WNM 100 is a whiteness meter used to measure the whiteness of flat surfaces or powders. The whiteness meter can be used to measure the white of textile prints, dyes, building materials, cardboard and paper, flour and salt, as well as plastics and other surfaces. A white standard calibration plate is included.
The whiteness meter consists of a light source and an optical measuring system, which measures the reflection of the light to determine the whiteness of the surface according to ISO R457 (ISO 2469). The measuring aperture is an 18 x 11 mm rectangle. The measured value is displayed on the LCD screen. Up to 245 measured values can be stored in the internal memory. The meter can be connected to a PC via the serial interface for data logging.
