Optris PI 640 - 640 x 480 IR Camera with 33° x 25° Lens and 12° x 9° Microscope Lens

This PI 640 package includes two lenses - the 12° x 9° microscope lens, and a 33° x 25° lens for full PC board thermal imaging and measurement.

The microscope lens produces a pixel size (IFOV) of 28µm, and has a Measurement Field of View (MFOV) of 85µm and working distance of 80-100 mm. A microscope stand and ESD pad is included.

This package is designed to offer users greater flexibility for inspections by having two types of lenses. To look at a full PC board, a larger field of view is required and the PI640 equipped with the standard 33° optic delivers a full PC board image with a field of view of 5" x 4" from 8 inches. For larger boards, simply increase the distance from the board.

The optris PI 640 thermal imager is the smallest measuring VGA infrared camera worldwide. With an optical resolution of 640x480 pixels, the PI 640 delivers pin-sharp radiometric pictures and videos in real time. With a body size of 1.77 x 2.20 x 3.54 inches and weighing only 11.3 oz (lens included), the optris PI 640 counts among the most compact thermal imaging cameras on the market.

Thermography software optris PI Connect included

All IR cameras are delivered with the thermography software optris PIX Connect, which has been developed specifically for the extensive documentation and analysis of thermal images. It allows you to analyze temperature data in real time as well as the remote control of your infrared camera. Furthermore, you can setup individual alarm levels for your process and define visual or acoustic alarm signals. The software is license free and can easily be adjusted to your requirements.
