Theodolite Review/Customer Service
My review is more about the service I have received. I ordered 5 theodolites. My first shipment had a theodolite that the case was cracked in multiple spots. I contacted Tequipment, the guarenteed that they would send certify calibration and a new case. I received the theodolite back (the same one) in a new case...this case was cracked in a different spot. I again contacted Tequipment, they asked that I send it in again. I received the theodolite back in a very timely fashion. We did a field test with it...it was dead on. I'm very happy with the experience Tequipment and I had. Anthony in returns went above and beyond. The theodolites are exactly what we needed and all came calibrated. Excellent experience.
