The Myron L Company was founded in 1957. The company is currently based in California. Initially the company developed specialty items such as gas detection instruments, irradiation chambers, and spectrophotometers. Today the Myron L product line includes handheld and in-line conductivity/TDS & resistivity, pH & ORP instrumentation, calibration solutions and buffers and related accessories.

These instruments are the most common water quality tools used by water professionals worldwide for good reason. Take for example the popular Ultrameter II water quality meter. This device is accurate to ±1% of reading for KCl, NaCl, and 442 Natural Water Standards. It is easy to use and calibrate with minimal button-pushing.
