Trinocular Microscope with LUMOS FL LED
The Motic PA53 FS6 is a fluorescence life-sciences research grade trinocular microscope with a 6-channel fluorescence turret and mounted DAPI, FITCI, TRITCI filter cubes as well as two empty filter cubes that can be mounted by the user for their application needs. Motic’s high-quality optics provide high color fidelity and resolution with 23mm FOV. The PA53 FS6 offers a reflective fluorescence illumination system with high-powered LUMOS LED and transmitted 100W Halogen illumination.
The expertly designed, high-performance Plan UC Fluor objectives provide an ultra-flat, high-contrast image perfect for use with the LUMOS FL LED Lamp to obtain high quality bright fluorescence imaging in the UV-Visible light range.
A Motic camera **(sold separately)** and software will allow you to capture and save images as well as make measurements.
Fluorescence Module
The coded Fluorescence turret automatically remembers the fluorescence channel and each channels brightness. This prevents the issue of stray light and saves you from having to purchase expensive 0D6 or 0D8 filters to increase fluorescence performance.
Motic Fluorescence Imaging Software
The PA53 FS6 includes the Motic Fluorescence imaging software plug-in for Motic Images Plus. The software plug-in offers a professional fluorescence digital image processing solution for multi-channel imaging. The software supports up to four channel imaging which can then be merged to meet FISH and other fluorescence imaging analysis applications.
