The BA410E is a professional grade research microscope from Motic. Designed for use in universities and laboratories, the BA410E is made for applications requiring the best in optical performance - cytology, hematology, histology and much more. Available in both binocular and trinocular formats, the BA410E is also easily upgraded for more advanced operation, such as polarization and Epi-Fluorescence.
This microscope includes a reversed sextuple nosepiece, as well as four Plan Achromat objectives, the EC-H PL 4x, 10x, 40x S and 100x S-oil. Made of high quality optical glass, these objectives minimize chromatic and spherical aberration for outstanding images and color reproduction. For users with more advanced requirements, Motic also offers its series of Apochromatic bright field objectives. These Apochromatic objectives are made to satisfy the highest demands for quality, where reliability and performance are necessary for medical staff and researchers to gather the most precise information possible. Apochromatic objectives are available in magnifications from 4x to 100x.
Illumination is provided by a 12v/50w Koehler quartz halogen lamp with intensity control and external lamp house. The BA410E’s base also includes a four position filter housing, enabling users to customize light to best suit their application.
To maximize versatility and value, the Motic BA410E is easily upgraded from its standard configuration. Users can perform a wide variety of observation modes with Motic’s extensive line of optional hardware and optics. Phase contrast, polarization and dark field are easily performed with the BA410E. The unit can even be equipped with an epi-fluorescence attachment, carrying up to four filter cubes, with several styles available, from UV up to NIR excitation. Equipped with band pass barriers filters, mutli color applications can be performed as well.
