The Motic PSM-1000 is a laser ready, modular microscope. Commonly used in the semiconductor and flat panel industries, the PSM-1000 features a three lens turret, enabling users to easily change from visual inspection to laser use. Motic also offers several optional objectives, varying in magnifications from 2x to 100x, with certain models specially designed for extra long working distances.
Standard models are equipped to perform laser work through several spectrums. Ranging from UV (355nm) and Green (532nm), to IR (1064nm), the PSM-1000 uses specially coated optics for an infrared efficiency of 82%. Three specialized lenses are housed in an easy to use changeover turret, enabling users to quickly change between spectrums as they work. This greatly increases efficiency and makes the PSM-1000 much more user friendly. The three lenses are as follows:
- 1XUV/VIS for the 355nm - 532nm spectrum
- 1XIR/VIS for the 532nm - 1064nm spectrum
- 2XVIS magnifier for magnification of 2000X (with 100X objective)
The PSM-1000 contains a trinocular port for fast documentation of your research and work. Motic offers a full line of microscopy cameras, the Moticam, which range from standard resolution to research grade products with integrated cooling devices. The Moticam also includes all necessary software so that processing your images is made fast and simple.
