Mitutoyo Step Master
The Mitutoyo Step Master gage calibrates the Z-axis (vertical direction) of optical instruments for better accuracy and reliability. The Mitutoyo Step Master provides four small increments in height to calibrate the Z-axis of optical instruments. The Step Master is constructed from an assembly of five highly accurate steel or ceramic gage blocks. Each adjacent step is measured down to 0.01µm by using an interferometer within the ±0.20µm allowance.
Mitutoyo Step Master
- Steel and ceramic types are available to suit the application
- Each step is defined as the difference in height between the centers of adjacent blocks, measured to a resolution of 0.01 µm by using an interferometer with an accuracy tolerance of ±0.20 µm
- Inspection Certificate included
- Height differences are measured between the centers of adjacent steps
- Supplied in a solid wooden case
