Mitutoyo Series 227 Absolute Digimatic Micrometer with Quickmike-Adjustable Force
The ABSOLUTE Digimatic Quickmike-type micrometer features a constant and low measuring force mechanism in the thimble for measuring applications such as wire, paper, plastic and rubber parts. The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE Digimatic micrometer’s adjustable measuring force capabilities accommodate measurements of both soft and hard materials in a variety of applications. The repeatability of the automatically applied measuring force allows operators of all skill levels to perform highly accurate measurements, therefore saving time and money.
Quickmike-Adjustable has a constant and low measuring force mechanism in the thimble, this Digimatic micrometer is dedicated to applications requiring a constant/low measuring force such as measuring wire, paper, and plastic/rubber parts. The Quickmike speedy spindle feed of 10mm per thimble rotation that enables widely differently sized features to be measured quickly.
