Mitutoyo Series 227 Disc Micrometer Non-Rotating Spindle - Quickmike-Adjustable
The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE Digimatic Quickmike-type digital disc micrometer measures the root tangent length of spur gears and helical gears with high accuracy and faster speeds. The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE Quickmike disc micrometer uses flat discs constructed of hardened steel, in our own Japanese factory, to measure lengths of spur and helical gears. The non-rotating spindle prevents workpiece deformation and wear by reducing torque on parts being measured. The flatness and thinness of the discs allow for reliable measurements in tight spaces. A ratchet-stop mechanism provides uniform pressure on a workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements and eliminates over-speed error.
The Mitutoyo Disc Micrometer Non-Rotating Spindle - Quickmike-Adjustable has a constant and low measuring force mechanism in the thimble, this Digimatic micrometer dedicated to applications requiring a constant/low measuring force such as measuring wire, paper, and plastic/rubber parts. The Quickmike speedy spindle feed of 10mm per thimble rotation that enables widely differently sized features to be measured quickly.
