The MFR-H6-SSC iron is compatible with SSC tips. These are several versions of each, which can be viewed through the links below. • 600 Series for temperature sensitive applications • 700 Series for most standard applications Q: How are the numbered tip series different from each other? A: Each numbered series has a different maximum temperature. The maximum temperatures are as follows: ? 600 Series = 675° F ? 700 Series = 775° F Q: Does the MFR-H6-SSC come with tips? A: Tips are sold separately, due to the wide variety of shapes, sizes and temperature ranges.
