The MFR-H5-DS desoldering tool uses DxP nozzles. These are several versions of each, which can be viewed through the links below. • DFP - FR4/Fiberglass for most standard applications • DCP - Ceramic for high thermal demand applications Q: How are each lettered group different from each other? For example, DFP vs DCP? A: For each one, the identifier is the second letter, either F or C. Each group has a different maximum temperature. The maximum temperatures are as follows: ? F = 790° F ? C = 880° F Q: Does the MFR-H5-DS come with nozzles? A: Nozzles are sold separately, due to the wide variety of sizes and temperature ranges.
