The Meiji Techno RZ series is a research grade stereo microscope.  Presented in a modular format, the RZ is available with a variety of heads, stands, and optics, all creating distortion free images from 3.75x to 300x magnification.  Magnification is controlled by a zoom knob on the unit’s side, featuring 12 click stops for easy repeatability in measurement and research.  It is also coated with an anti-static finish to prevent accidental discharge when handling sensitive electronic components.
 
The RZ stereo microscope is designed around a common main objective, with two parallel optical paths.  This design allows for the quick change and easy introduction of intermediate optical components including coaxial illumination, independent beam splitter, drawing tube and photo attachment.  Several optional eyepieces and objectives are also available, for a wide range of working distances and magnifications.
