The S-4600 is an ergonomic boom stand.  The S-4600 includes a vertical pillar, horizontal crossarm, and a 20mm drop down mount that accepts Meiji Techno F, FX and FC focus blocks (sold separately).  Focus blocks from other manufacturers can be used as well, provided they contain a 20mm mounting hole.
 
The S-4600 is designed for use with many Meiji Techno stereo microscopes, including the EMZ, EMT and EMF series (zoom, turret and fixed models).

• the length of the vertical post
• a weighted base versus a table edge clamp
• mount style on the end of horizontal portion
