Meiji Techno ML5970/220 - Halogen Trinocular Brightfield/Phase Contrast Biological Microscope (220V)
The ML5970 is a Phase Contrast & Brightfield Trinocular Laboratory Compound microscope from Meiji Techno.
The ML5970 includes a high intensity Koehler Halogen 12V 50W bulb for applications demanding a great deal of illumination. This unit also features high resolution DIN Standard BF Phase objectives as a standard part of the package - BF Semi Plan Phase Contrast 10X, S20X, S40X, S100X oil. These provide crisp, clear, high phase contrast & brightfield images.
A built in integrated Koehler illuminator with a field iris and 12V 50W Halogen lamp with variable intensity control is provided standard to complement the BF Phase optics. A green monitor lamp is lit to indicate that the lamp is on, for easy on/off recognition in any laboratory setting. The low voltage, high intensity, pre-centered halogen lamp provides high level illumination and can be adjusted to maximize the evenness of the bulb illumination.
The ML5970 Series also features a specially designed Zernike Phase turret condenser, N.A. 1.25 with centerable phase annuli for 10X, 20X, 40X with brightfield position with iris and filter tray for 29.8mm. The die cast metal stand has a chemical resistant finish and is the most rugged, durable finish on the market today. The ML5970 is equipped with a low position factory calibrated coaxial coarse and fine focus controls, tension adjustment and a built in stage stop lever to protect the specimen and objectives from accidental damage during use.
